No. The whole game plays offline. Only ads, purchases, Game Center, and iCloud sync need a connection.

No account, no sign-up. Game Center is optional and only needed for leaderboards and achievements.

Every 50 pillars, Puffy flies into a new world: Breezy Meadows, Sunflower Fields, Whispering Forest, Misty Mountains, Desert Dunes, Ancient Ruins, Frozen Peaks, Volcano Sky, Thunder Clouds, and finally Space Migration from pillar 451 on. The World Map on the main menu shows how far you have flown.

Tap Challenges on the main menu. Big Wheel Carnival and Broadside Bay are free from the start, with their own Game Center leaderboards.

Clear 200 pillars in a single run. Sage is yours for free, forever.

Reach a 150 streak and it unlocks for free, or buy it in the Shop’s Effects tab.

Seasonal looks appear in the Shop’s Seasonal tab during their months and return every year: Pumpkin in September and October, Kris Kringle in November and December, Imperial Dragon in January and February, and Aloha in June and July.

Sparkles are a free collectible. Every one you catch is saved in your Sparkle wallet on the main menu, run after run. They cannot be bought with money.

Open Settings > Restore Purchases in the game, or use the Restore Purchases link on the Premium page. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

First try Restore Purchases. If a family organizer uses Ask to Buy, the purchase appears once it is approved. Still missing? Email us with the order ID from Apple’s receipt email and we will sort it out.

Yes. When you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, your best score and streak, settings, and the Sage unlock sync automatically. Purchases come back with Restore Purchases. Challenge Mode bests and Sparkles stay on the iPhone where you earned them.

Deleting and reinstalling the app clears the progress stored on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, your best score, streak, and the Sage unlock may sync back. Game Center scores stay on the leaderboards.

Tap the Game Center button at the bottom right of the main menu, or open Settings > Leaderboards or Settings > Achievements. There are four leaderboards (Best Score, Best Streak, Big Wheel Carnival, Broadside Bay) and 19 achievements.

Check that you are signed in under iOS Settings > Game Center and connected to the internet. Scores can take a few minutes to appear.

One banner, only on the game-over screen, and an optional video you can watch to continue a run. There are no pop-up ads during play. Premium removes the banner and gives you 3 free continues every run.

Tracking: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and US states with privacy opt-out rights, open Settings > Privacy Options in the game to review your choices. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Music, Sound Effects, and Haptics each have their own switch in the game’s Settings.

Use the Reminders switch in the game’s Settings, or iOS Settings > Notifications > PuffyWings.

Swipe the app away and reopen it, and make sure you have the latest version from the App Store. If it keeps happening, email us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
